Free shipping is offered for orders $99 or more to the contiguous United States.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of order receipt.

If item(s) were incorrectly shipped to you, damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange the product at no cost to you.

If you are returning a product because you ordered the wrong item(s) or changed your mind, we will happily refund you for the item(s) you return. Please be aware that when returning an item ordered incorrectly on your part that received free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return amount. Please note buyer will also be responsible for return shipping fees. 

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want to be fair. We ask you to be fair as well. Help us keep our prices low as returns cost us all money.

Return Procedure

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.  ALL returns must first have a return authorization number.

1. Please email us at service@nationwidefilingsupplies.com or call us at 800-214-0086 to receive your return authorization number. (RA#)
2. Write the RA# and return shipping address on the outside of package
3. Send package to the return address using your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend a carrier that provides tracking. Lost packages will not be credited. 
4. Once your items have been returned and processed, a refund will be applied to your credit card. You will receive a confirmation email once this is done.
