Tabbies Col-R-Tab 11850 series numeric labels are size 1/2" H x 1-1/2" W and packed 500 labels per roll in a self-dispensing box. Made from a high quality, white gloss material with clear lamination for protection and clear side skirts for extra adhesion. Labels are scored so they easily wrap around the edge of your file folder. They have a tackified acrylic permanent adhesive to insure the labels adhere to your folders, patient charts or jackets.
