Smead DDS series double digit numeric labels are size 1" H x 1-1/2" W. Packed 500 labels per roll in a self-dispensing box. Smead labels are made from high quality, white gloss material with clear lamination for protection. Labels are scored so they easily wrap around the edge of your file folder. They have a tackified acrylic permanent adhesive to insure the labels adhere to your folders, patient charts, or jackets.
