Smead ETS series month labels are size 1/2" H x 1" W. There are 25 labels per sheet totaling 250 labels per pack. Made from high quality, white gloss material with clear lamination for protection. The Smead ETS month labels are scored so they easily wrap around the edge of your file folder. They have a tackified acrylic permanent adhesive to insure the labels adhere to your folders, patient charts, or jackets.
