Gasoline Requisition Books are used by auto dealerships to monitor and control fuel expenses. Our 3-part carbonless forms measure 5-1/2" W x 6-3/16" H and are comprised of Canary, Pink, White. The first copy is given to the vendor, the second copy is filed with accounting, and the third copy stays in the book for future reference.

Convenient designs allows you to track fuel purchases by department, fuel type, service station, and more.
