Rubber Car Dealer License Plate Holders are constructed from durable molded black neoprene rubber and are used by Car Dealerships to secure the license plate to vehicles during test drives.
These holders securely fasten under the trunk lid, hood, or rear window. The license plate slides securely into the holder underneath the rubber lip. Rubber construction eliminates unwanted rattling sounds and will not scratch the vehicle. Knobs on the back of the straps secure holder.
